Benevento vs Arezzo, 16 January 2027, Serie B: form, head-to-head and match facts

Benevento host Arezzo in what promises to be a tightly contested clash at the Stadio Cibali, with the home side perched in seventh place on seven points after two wins, one draw and two defeats, boasting a modest +1 goal difference (6‑5). The visitors sit just below them in thirteenth, having collected six points from two victories and three losses, but their defensive frailties are evident in a -7 margin (6‑13). Both teams will be eager to close the gap to the top half of the table, and the narrow three‑point gap adds extra urgency to the encounter. A win for Benevento could see them push into the top six, while Arezzo will be looking to climb out of the lower mid‑table and regain confidence after a leaky defensive record.
