Malmö FF vs Sirius, 23 April 2026, Allsvenskan: form, head-to-head and match facts

The clash at Malmö FF’s home ground delivered a thrilling seven‑goal thriller, with the visitors Sirius edging it 3‑2 to extend their lead at the top of the table. The win took Sirius to 48 points from 21 games, maintaining their impressive record of 15 victories, three draws and only three defeats, while Malmö FF remained in fifth place on 33 points, still three wins shy of the leaders. Both sides have split their head‑to‑head meetings this season, each having secured a win, so the result kept the rivalry perfectly balanced. Despite the loss, Malmö’s attack stayed potent, matching their season tally of 37 goals, but the defensive lapses that have cost them eight defeats proved decisive against a Sirius side that has already netted 50.
