Lincoln vs West Brom, 26 December 2026, Championship: form, head-to-head and match facts

Lincoln host West Brom in a clash that pits the league’s fourth‑placed side, sitting on 14 points after four wins, two draws and a single defeat, against a Lincoln side languishing in sixteenth with just eight points from two victories, two stalemates and two losses. West Brom arrive with a modest edge in goal difference (+3 versus Lincoln’s –1) and a more potent attack, having scored ten times compared with Lincoln’s five. The visitors will be looking to extend their run of form and cement a top‑four position, while Lincoln will need to tighten up at the back to avoid slipping further down the table. If the recent head‑to‑head trend holds, the higher‑placed West Brom are likely to dominate proceedings, but Lincoln’s home advantage could make the encounter tighter than the numbers suggest.
