Gent vs St. Truiden, 13 December 2026, Jupiler Pro League: form, head-to-head and match facts

Gent host St. Truiden in a clash that pits the league’s second‑placed side, sitting on 16 points after five wins and a draw, against the tenth‑placed visitors with just eight points from two wins, two draws and two defeats. The home team boasts a formidable +8 goal difference, having scored 11 and conceded only three, while Truiden’s matches have been far tighter, with a modest +2 margin from 12 goals for and 10 against. Gent’s unbeaten run this season gives them a clear psychological edge, yet Truiden’s recent form shows they can grind out results, having avoided defeat in four of their last six games. The encounter could well decide whether Gent consolidates its push for the title or if Truiden claws back into the mid‑table scramble.
