Feyenoord vs NEC Nijmegen, 14 February 2027, Eredivisie: form, head-to-head and match facts

Feyenoord host NEC Nijmegen in what promises to be a decisive encounter for the league leaders, with the Rotterdam side sitting third on 14 points after four wins and two draws, boasting a +13 goal difference from 20 scored and only seven conceded. NEC, languishing in tenth place, have gathered seven points from two victories, one draw and three losses, their 11‑12 goal record reflecting a fragile defence that will be tested against Feyenoord’s solid backline. The home side’s unbeaten run this season gives them a clear psychological edge, while Nijmegen will need to tighten up at the back if they hope to climb back into the top half. A win for Feyenoord could see them close the gap on the leaders, whereas a point for NEC would be a vital boost in their fight to avoid slipping further down the table.
