Excelsior vs Telstar, 28 November 2026, Eredivisie: form, head-to-head and match facts

Excelsior host Telstar in a clash that pits the league’s sixth‑placed side, with ten points from three wins, a draw and two defeats and a comfortable 13‑7 goal difference, against a struggling Telstar who sit 13th on five points after one win, two draws and three losses and a 5‑11 deficit. The home team will look to extend their recent run of three victories, while the visitors will hope to turn around a season that has seen them concede more than twice as many goals as they have scored. Their head‑to‑head record this campaign offers little consolation for Telstar, who have yet to claim a point against a side that has already amassed double their tally. Both clubs know that three points could be decisive in the battle for European spots and survival, respectively.
