Borussia Dortmund vs AEK Athens FC, 27 January 2027, UEFA Champions League: form, head-to-head and match facts

Borussia Dortmund head into the next league fixture as the clear second‑placed side, having amassed nine points from three victories and boasting an impressive 8‑2 goal tally. Their unbeaten run will be tested by AEK Athens, whose league record remains unavailable, adding an element of mystery to the encounter. Dortmund’s home advantage at Signal Iduna Park could prove decisive, especially given their flawless defensive record so far. A win would push the German club within striking distance of the leaders, while a slip could see the gap widen and give AEK a chance to make a statement on foreign soil.
